As séries BD48□□G/FVE e BD49□□G/FVE da ROHM são séries IC de reinicialização de baixa corrente de alta precisão.A linha foi estabelecida com tipos de saída de reboque (Nch de escoamento aberto e saída CMOS) e voltagens de detecção variam de 2.3V a 6.0V em incrementos de 0,1V, de modo a que a série possa ser selecionada de acordo com a aplicação em questão.
